Spacious suites and excellent dining options make this place a winner. The casino is quite smoky, though, which was uncomfortable.

The views from our room are stunning, gazing at the sphere is a treat. The rooms are spacious and boast some luxurious features like motorized curtains and quality toiletries.
The price tags on everything here are just absurd.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but the service was just terrible. We asked for a simple veggie omelet for our kid, and the staff couldn’t even help us. It felt like nobody cared at all!

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with great views. The check-in process was smooth. Disappointed with the crowded pool area; it felt chaotic and noisy. Loved the variety of bars and evening entertainment options available, especially the live music. Housekeeping was inconsistent; we had issues with cleanliness during our stay.

Great rooms with free Wi-Fi and large outdoor pool. Slow reception during check-in.

The Palazzo offers large, comfortable suites and a fantastic location near the Venetian. While valet service can be slow and the absence of in-room coffee facilities is inconvenient, the multiple pools add to the enjoyable experience. Be prepared for long taxi queues during peak times.

The hotel boasts a spacious and clean suite, complete with a comfortable seating area and stunning mountain views. the decor feels dated, reminiscent of the late 90s. The cleanliness was impressive; even toiletries were neatly arranged by the diligent cleaning staff. Staff interactions varied; while some were friendly, others lacked helpfulness, particularly at check-in, which was painfully slow. Dining options were plentiful but fell short on value. Unfortunate to find basic amenities lacking, such as water in the room. The chaotic pool atmosphere could use better management. The venue's charm is undeniable, but an update could elevate it to grand status. Worth a visit, but with room for improvement.

The spacious rooms were a refreshing escape, with comfortable beds and stunning views. I really appreciated the separate bathroom setup and the three TVs added a luxurious touch. check-in was frustrating; I dealt with multiple room changes and less-than-polite staff interactions. It felt like a lack of organization. On the plus side, the on-site mall offered fantastic dining options. I left feeling relaxed, but the check-in hassle and the occasional rudeness from staff definitely dampened the experience. Would need improvement on service to truly recommend it.

The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sitting area. we did notice some areas that could be improved. The absence of in-room amenities like a coffee maker or kettle was a downside for us. the outdated TV systems limited our entertainment options, as we were unable to access streaming services. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome, with long wait times that could have been streamlined for a more efficient experience. the location of the hotel was excellent, providing easy access to all the fun activities on the Vegas strip. The parking facilities were convenient, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. One aspect that stood out to us as a negative was the hotel's pricing structure. We found the additional fees and overpriced items like bottled water to be excessive.

Great amenities for us lovebirds. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room in tip-top shape, and the welcome drink was a sweet touch.
It wasn’t the cheapest, but still worth every penny.

I really enjoyed exploring the area as everything was within easy walking distance, from the fantastic variety of eateries at the Grand Canal Shops to the amazing spots like the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, which is about a 20-minute stroll away, plus the Strip is just over a mile away, making it an ideal base for weekend walks and adventures; while the hotel had many wonderful amenities and friendly staff, I did find that some service elements could be improved, especially during busy times.

The room was spacious with beautiful views of the golf course! I loved the separate bathroom—it was a small luxury that made a big difference. Plus, the pools and spa services were a total dream for relaxation!

The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was huge, complete with a TV and everything you could need. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. the lack of a coffee station and complimentary water upon arrival was disappointing. Noise levels were managed well, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep amidst the bustling crowds. Room service was excellent, though the prices were steep.

Had a great time at the resort complex. The rooms were super fancy and luxurious, just like a 5-star experience. The housekeeping staff were top-notch, very attentive and friendly. The pool was stunning, felt like a true paradise. And wow, the whole complex made me feel like I was transported to Italy with its beauty.
But let me tell you, the lack of complimentary water or coffee in the room was a real disappointment. the door handle got stuck once, and being locked out at 6 am was a nightmare.

The Aquatic Club is like a fancy retro social club with 10 pools, and it was perfect for our energetic kids to splash around. The stylish setting made us feel like we were in a scene from a classic movie!
My children wanted longer pool hours for more fun.

The Palazzo offers a stunning and luxurious pool complex with multiple pools and spacious lounging areas. The adjacent upscale-style mall, Grand Canal Shoppes, features unique shops, restaurants, and even gondola rides, adding a touch of Venetian charm.
Felt right at home, no need for complaints.

The pools are fantastic for soaking up that Vegas sun. The massage parlor was the cherry on top. Rosina bar is classy, and the terrace has epic views. I felt like a queen in the self, contained retreats.
What's a hotel without a touch, sensitive mini, bar charging me for breathing near it? .

Great location in the heart of the city, comfortable and spacious suite, and good gym facilities. The central location made it easy to get around, the suite provided ample space to relax after a busy day, and the gym was a nice perk to stay active during my business trip.
Outdated room decor, lack of in-room amenities like coffee facilities, and impersonal customer service. The room felt old-fashioned, missing basic amenities like coffee makers, and the customer service made me feel like just a number rather than a valued guest.

We hit up those 10 pools , like, hangout spots from the past but lit! The Aquatic Club was off the chain , vibes were massive, and we partied hard with the squad!
Yo, we needed some sick poolside DJs spinning beats and throwing wild parties! That would've taken our trip to the next level , more music, more vibes!

Our stay at this huge hotel on the Las Vegas Strip was simply amazing. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with three TVs to enjoy. The bathroom was like a luxurious room in itself. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention and thoughtfulness of the staff, who upgraded us to a high floor for our honeymoon. The location was great, with easy walking access to everything. We even had an incredible dinner at Sushisamba in the hotel.
Only downside was not being able to order dinner in our room on Saturday due to busy staff.

I upgraded my room to the Prestige Club-Level and enjoyed the exclusive check-in on the 23rd floor. The complimentary breakfast and cocktail reception were exquisite, and the spacious rooms were well-appointed. I'll recommend this hotel.

we had a beautiful experience at Palazzo at the venetian. all rooms are spacious suites with great views, and the location is convenient to several luxury hotels. the customer service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the lobby was inviting and check-in was seamless. Plus, we received a complimentary upgrade to a strip view room. it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend it.
Couldn't find any faults at all 😊
